This month I’ll talk about a performer, director and writer who really fits into the Altporn4U concept: Nikki Hearts.

When she was younger she lived in a big feminist punk house where they would project queer porn and have discussions about it. Her artistic name comes from a monogamous relationship with a girl whose last name was Nikki.
She started to be interested in porn at 18 when she started watching a lot of it looking to find something that was real lesbian porn, or at least had real lesbians in it (exactly just like me, and that’s why I write about it: to make your life easier!).
Unsurprisingly, that type of porn was hard to find. When she moved into a big feminist house, one of her roommates introduced her to queer porn. She showed her Crash Pad, No Fauxxx, and similar sites.
A film that really inspired her after watching it was ‘Strap On Motel‘ starring Dylan Ryan (Bleu Productions). She realized she wanted to make porn that looked just like that. Then she met Jett Bleu, who she didn’t know was a porn star at first, and who said Nikki was cute enough to be in porn and that she would recommend her.
And so, she made her porn debut in ‘Adultery’ (2011), of the lesbian productions Juicy Pink Box, starring alongside Calico Lain. Ever since then she worked for several productions, Pink & White Productions (Crash Pad Series), Good Dyke Porn, Burning Angel (‘Rooftop lesbians’, ‘The Walking Dead XXX’, ‘Band Sluts’,…), Queerporn.tv, New Sensations (Dirty secrets’, ‘Lesbo pool party 2’), Penthouse or Zero Tolerance.
She also worked for revolutionary directors like Lily Cade (Filly Films: ‘Eat my lesbian ass‘, ‘Real L Word XXX -NYC Edition-‘ y ‘Lesbian lock-up’) and Courtney Trouble (a key figure in BBF porn).

Her latest projects have been the creation of GenderFlux.com (previously Dyked Down), a queer and gender-inclusive porn site. She also hosts Queer the Air, a podcast about queerness, sex, love & the like.
